Participants are supposed to reach Capri on August 31th, since the meeting will start on Spetember 1st morning.
You will have to arrange your hotel accommodation for the period of your staying. A number of rooms are blocked for meeting
attendees in various hotels of Anacapri (see below). Most of them are at a walking distance from the site of the Workshop.
To access the rooms arranged for the meeting (at the rates indicated below), you should contact directly the chosen hotel to check room availability and cancellation policy, and send by fax the Accommodation form directly to the chosen hotel for confirmation.
Please, make your reservation as soon as possible, as each hotel will reserve the rooms for participants to the workshop for a limited amount of time, and September is high season in Capri.
