To reach Capri from Naples you have two choices:
1) From Beverello pier (close to Piazza Municipio -> see map) hydrofoil (approx. 30' travel time).
2) From Porta di Massa pier (see map) by boat (approx. 50' travel time).

If you plan to come with a car you will find parkings near Molo Beverello (e.g. Parcheggio Buono tel. +39 335499658, Parcheggio La Rondinella +39 0815524999). Another option is Garage Victoria open 24/7 which offers shuttle service to the pier. Parking costs can vary between 15 and 25 euro per day. To reach Anacapri, where the meeting venue and suggested hotels are located, from Capri's port you can use the bus (at cost of about 1.40 euro/person) or a mini-taxi (up to 6 people at a cost of roughly 20 euro).

A bus leaves from outside the airport every approx 20' to Piazza Municipio (close to Beverello pier). Transfer time about 30' (depending on traffic). Cost about 3 euro/person
Taxis are available to reach either Beverello or Porta di Massa piers (Transfer time about 20')
Please, be sure to take only official taxis just at the airport exit. Taximeter fare should start from 3 euro. A supplement of 3.10 euro is applied when starting from the airport. You can also ask for fixed fares: Airport-Beverello pier 16 euro.
Coming by train to Naples (Trenitalia): If your train stops at Napoli Centrale (or Piazza Garibaldi), take buses "R2" (in front of Garibaldi statue) and stop at "Piazza Municipio - Molo Beverello".
